1. Definitions
In these Terms the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise. Account means a private user account registered with 33bd for the purpose of accessing the Services. Service means the online gambling and gaming offerings provided on the 33bd platform. Prize means winnings, bonuses or rewards issued by 33bd in connection with the Services. You or Your means the individual using the Service. We or Us refers to 33bd and its duly authorized operators where applicable.
2. Acceptance and Changes to the Terms

4. Accounts and Security

4.1 Account ownership rests with the individual who registers the Account. You must keep login details confidential and use the Account strictly for personal use.

4.2 You must provide accurate contact information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity on your Account.

4.3 You must promptly notify 33bd of any suspected unauthorized use or security breach. We may suspend or require verification of your Account in such circumstances.

4.4 Inactivity for a period of six consecutive months may trigger an inactivity handling action which may include a fee or closure of the Account as determined by 33bd policies in force at the time.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Funds

5.1 Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods available on the Platform. You may choose from supported methods at the time of transaction.

5.2 The minimum deposit threshold is 20 in the currency of your account or as otherwise published by 33bd. Deposits must originate from an allowed payment method and from an account owned by you.

5.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible and are subject to verification checks in line with KYC requirements.

5.4 Refunds and reversals are handled in accordance with 33bd refund policies. A request for a refund must be submitted through the designated channel within the time limits set by 33bd rules. Refunds may be subject to processing times and method specific terms.

5.5 Funds deposited or held in your Account are not earned as interest and do not carry a banking guarantee. 33bd may charge or withhold funds in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

5.6 You shall not attempt chargebacks or reverse payments other than through the channels provided by 33bd. You shall be responsible for any costs arising from such actions.
6. Promotions and Bonuses
Promotions and bonuses are governed by separate terms published for each offer. Eligibility, wagering requirements, expiration dates and eligibility restrictions apply. If any inconsistency exists between the general Terms and a promotion specific term, the promotion terms prevail for the relevant offer.
7. Prohibited Activities and Market Integrity

7.1 You may not engage in collusion, manipulation, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the Service.

7.2 Automated systems, bots, or other means to artificially influence bets or outcomes are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized.

7.3 Data scraping, harvesting or use of AI tools to access or extract information from the Service without authorization is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including software, graphics, text, and logos is the property of 33bd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non transferable, non exclusive license to use the Platform for personal wagering in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, adapt, redistribute or create derivative works from the Platform without express written consent.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
33bd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to such processing and confirm you have read the Privacy Policy. Where required by law, you consent to sharing information with regulators or competent authorities.
10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 33bd provides the Service on an as is basis and disclaims all warranties of any kind. 33bd is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold 33bd harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or laws in your jurisdiction.
11. Termination and Account Closure
33bd may suspend or terminate your Account at its sole discretion on reasonable grounds including breach of these Terms, fraud, or misuse. Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining funds in accordance with withdrawal policies, subject to applicable fees and compliance checks. Any unsettled bets at termination may be settled in accordance with these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and the relationship between you and 33bd are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 33bd operates. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in that jurisdiction or through any agreed arbitration mechanism where applicable.
13. Changes to the Terms
33bd may amend these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes on the Platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you object to changes you must stop using the Service and close your Account.
